Today I had a nice beginning of a meal at the bar at Texas Roadhouse. It was slammed but that wasn?t a problem. I ordered my... usual meat n veggies, the big filet and carrots/ broccoli. I had a manager come by and say ?if there?s anything you need pleasesee us" I thought that very Pro customer. Well, I guess did the unthinkable. I ask for butter and after taking a bite of mysteak realizing it?s a sirloin and not a filet I asked that my bill be adjusted. The bartender said she could not do that andshe would get her manager. Different manager came by and said that?s ?our filet?( period). No conversation, no ?how can I makeit better for you?? Nothing he just walked away. Entered as exhibit a is a photo of ?said fillet? . I eat out all the freakingtime. I?m pretty sure this is a sirloin. If you look at the reviews photos, here looks the same as their sirloin. Furthermore Ioffered to leave it the way it is and eat it, only that my bill will be adjusted so I was charged for the sirloin. That wasn?thappening with this guy. So, I literally walked away from a full martini a steak that had one bite out of it and those veggiesyou see in front. Never did get my butter. Won?t be back to this place. Read more

The salmon was small and only had a few sprinkles of salt. That?s it. No sauce or flavors. I picked it up at curbside so I... called and they brought me something but when I got home it was just butter and a piece of lemon. It was gross. I wasdisappointed. See photos. We were sat promptly. we ordered our drinks, which were also brought promptly. Our waiter then took our order, I ordered the... country fried chicken with white gravy along with mashed potatoes with the same gravy and the house salad. My companion orderedthe 6 oz sirloin with the house salad and steak fries. We also ordered the cactus blossom as an appetizer and when we sat downwe were given hot rolls and cinnamon butter. The salads and appetizer were brought out promptly, the salads are a good size andthe cactus blossom is quite large. The waiter was very attentive and our food was brought out just as we were finishing up withour salads. The food was well cooked. My country fried chicken was quite large. My companions steak had been ordered medium welland it was perfectly cooked. This was an enjoyable dining experience. Read more

Employees were courteous and most were definitely hustling. My food tasted fine. I asked for a good filet. I did get a filet... but the amount of gristle made it difficult to continue eating. Our server didn't come and get our drink order until LONG afterother patrons were seated and served their drinks. Those were parties with >4 per party. It was myself and a 10 y/o at ourtable. That was frustrating. I believe we were the only table our server had in our section. Tables were far too closetogether. This made it uncomfortably cramped and awkward getting around. Read more
