I ordered the veggie Fiesta burrito with extra Fiesta strips ????. I ask the person that takes the order please make sure they... add them bcuz I get very few when paying extra. She says they'll be on there. When I ate the burrito ???? there literally was3 strips!!! The other as well!! I pay extra for that request! I'm not being a Karen but omfg! This restaurant is definitely a 4 star, not 5 not 1-3, whoever leaves other than a 4 leaves a review with their... feelings. Anyway, the restaurant is new, staff is friendly enough, food is prepped good to Taco Bell standards. One area wherethis location needs to work on is customer service. They didn?t include my cinnamon delights and I had to drive back, which wasa bit of a hassle, but it?s understandable some people just skip over orders sometimes specially when they have tons oforders. It?s just when I got back, I didn?t receive an apology. Or make up for me driving back. A 3rd cinnamon delight would beawesome, specially one of the cinnamon delights didn?t have the cream in it? but no. Which is fine. A sorry would be enough.That?s all. Read more
I never have any problems when i go to this location in person but late night staff can just not get a door dash order right.... all times i have ordered cheesy bean & rice burritos and soft potato tacos i have always gotten items loaded with meat and noteven remotely close to what i ordered. usually not even the number of items i ordered either. not usually one to write reviewsbut if you have dietary restrictions do not order on doordash from this location Read more
Great new Taco Bell that replaces the gross old location on University Ave. This Taco Bell has a new, clean interior, friendly... and accommodating staff, and the food has been bussin (for a Taco Bell) every time I've gone. Read more
This was a clean, and fairly new Taco Bell. But they have gone almost exclusively online or onscreen ordering. That is the... reason for the 4 star rating. I do realize that, that is the wave of the future. But I'm old school and still like dealing andinteracting with real people. Read more
Update: DO NOT GO HERE!!!! WAITED 30 MINUTES TO GET 4 TACOS AND I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THE LOBBY, AND THEY HAD DELETED MY... ORDER AND THEN MADE ME WAIT LONGER AND THEN TOLD ME THEY WERE OUT OF WHAT I ORDERED. I LITTERALY LEFT WITHOUT MY FOOD OR MYMONEY. Read more
