Reviews for Subway in Gainesville, FL
Employee at this location had a bad attitude, her tone and the way she carried herself were very unprofessional. The bread for... our subs was burnt/stale. They shorted our order 1 cookie, we got 2 per meal and she lied about what cookies were in stock. Inreality, I wish I could put no stars on this review. Will not be returning to this location. It was nice the Staff was friendly and did a good job making my sandwich with all the extra ingredients that I requested.
Only had 3 people in line and 3 employees working. I waited over 20 minutes and never even made it to the employees because they... had no clue what to do. Read more
The people at this Subway are amazing. Super friendly. And always make the perfect sub.
The young lady that was there did an excellent job, she was very professional. I'm a picky eater but I was very satisfied never... left a tip at subway but this time I did she deserved it. Read more
I walk in there's a lady leaving. I watch the employee leave and go to the back. Then she comes out and instead of greeting me... she is standing by the cash register. I look at her and finally she looks up and ask me am I ready to order so I ask her acouple of questions about the melts. She answers and I say I want 3 different melts. It goes down hill from there. I had torepeat what kind of cheese I wanted 3x. Then another customer walks in so a guy takes over. At this point she already toastedthe ham melt wrong. I tell him what I want and he's thinking I just want regular subs so I had to reexplain it but by then itwas too late for 2 of the sandwiches so I'm like just ring me up. He tried to fix it but at that point I wanted to get out ofthere. I did not leave satisfied and the melts did not look like the pictures. They were just toasted subs???? Read more
I recommend online ordering for lunch with a caveat...80% of the time the order will be ready but the rest of the time they get... behind due to lunch volume which I understand. Also, not waiting in line is awesome, you just go to the register and sign andpick up...the only problem is that usually no one is just on the register so when you go to the front they have to either stopmaking a sandwich (not a good choice) or finish and take care of you (my preference). One other thing is that people often giveyou funny looks when you hit the wrong end of "the line". Be prepared to look like you've lost your mind. What else is there tosay, I still can't make a sandwich as inexpensively as a multinational corporate so yes Subway is worth my time (literally).Thank you Subway for making sandwich meats (insert sarcasm) affordable.
