Today they only had wraps and flatbreads. In the back of my head I wanted to walk out and say no ma'am. Being that I wanna lose... some weight I decided to get a spinach chicken bacon wrap with spinach pickles white American cheese salt and pepper. The ladyasked did I want it cut in half I said no it'll be gone by the time the half get cut ????. I jumped on the highway and by thetime I got to the next exit it was gone. As I sit and eat my cookies I had to stop to say I'm glad I stayed. They could of beenrude being short staffed and slammed but they were not and made my experience great I will definitely stick to this subway myfirst visit and I'm pleased. I would give it a 0 star review but unfortunately that's not an option. Not only did their delivery driver that is directly... through their website not bring half my order, they have some of the rudest, and most disrespectful staff I have ever seen, andI work retail so I know what customer service looks like and this isn't it. I called to try and rectify my order and not onlydid the woman raise her voice at me, she hung up when I called her out on her poor customer service skills. The staff needs tobe fired and replaced. Ordered two 12 inch subs online on 10-17-21 for curbside pickup. Online stated that order would be ready at 4:30pm. Arrived at... the restaurant at 4:36pm. Notified via email confirmation that I was at the store, in the designated area. Waited for 30minutes. Tried to call the restaurant and the phone would be picked up and immediately hung up. Decided to walk into the storeand find out where our sandwiches were. When I walked in I asked the lady at the counter that I had been waiting for my curbsideorder. She had stated to talk with the guy at the end of the counter. Talked with him and he said "Oh your order has beensitting on the shelf right here", to which I stated "I ordered curbside, how am I supposed to know I have to come inside andpick it up. The receipt, emails, order number, and even the sign on the door states CURBSIDE." I then asked him " As my food hasbeen sitting there for over 30 minutes now, it is certainly cold, and unsafe to eat or sell due to food handling healthstandards". I had asked for the sandwiches to be remade, to which I got nothing but attitude. The original lady I had spoken toat the counter came over and stated to him that "Oh I wouldn't remake those, its his fault". How is it the customers fault whenit was ordered CURBSIDE and everything states CURBSIDE?????! While remaking the sandwiches the guy was extremally rude when Iasked him to toast both of the sandwiches. To "save time and cut corners" he put both sandwiches in the toaster at once (whichthey were still cold when we ate them). As he was also finishing our sandwiches and wrapping them, he smashed our sandwichesdown. I at that point, just grabbed our food and left. So friendly and the food is so great! Staff is beyond helpful and kind very welcoming. My family and I showed up on a rough day... where we just needed something quick and cheap and they gave us a quality lunch and a pick me up. Plus a balloon and an extracookie for my disheartened toddler who left there with a huge smile on her face feeling better and was able to finish her day inhappiness thanks to their generosity and friendliness. As soon as other customers came in behind us the Sandwich artist calledfor help from someone in the back and they promptly came out with a smile on their face also quickly helping get through theline. Once everyone had ordered we all found ourselves sitting there chit-chatting like a small community almost as though wewere all from the same neighborhood. We never intended to stay and eat our food there and neither did the other guests in linebehind us but it turned into a really cool moment of kind strangers all socializing laughing and taking a break from the hustleand bustle of the busy day.
