Wow, what a great experience. I'm here with my husband who is enjoying his lunch in this fine establishment. The food was... delicious, well prepared, and cost friendly. The staff is alert, attentive, courteous and look like chefs. Many employeeswere on schedule and dressed professionally with clean pressed uniforms, well groomed I might add. A present visit indeed. They've changed their business model. No more waitstaff. Self-serve kiosk to order and pick up food at counter. Also, when went... they advised that they did not have Shakes that day. How does Steak and SHAKE not have SHAKES? We used to love Steak and Shakebut now not so much. Disappointing. Read more
We came as a group of 9 and were the only ones there. All chairs were stacked on the table and it looked like they were closed.... Ordered our food through the kiosk. We had 4 milkshakes. They were all absolutely terrible. They tasted like they added milk andice and blended it. Not sure how they are still in business. Place was dirty even with the chairs stacked. Do not go here. New set-up...order & pay on kiosks. Nobody greets you or thanks you. No interaction at all. They leave your food on the counter... & walk away before you even pick it up. Bun was cold, cheese on burger was cold & not melted. We used to love this place...won't be returning. Read more
Friendly staff and good food. You get what you pay for here, the burgers and fries are good, just another decent fast food... burger. The staff are very nice, though. I never mind coming here. The shakes are quite expensive but they are really good. Veryrich and tasty. Not too sugary, but I can?t even finish half on my own, too rich for me. Good for a quick bite or snack. Read more
Haven't gone to this one since before covid. Lots of changes... you no longer have a waitress. You order and pay at a kiosk. The... milkshake choices are limited. Used to love their real banana milkshake. No longer an option. You then pick your food up at thecounter. Our food was good. And the staff was friendly. But management has failed. Sadly disappointed.
