They were incredibly slow. Food came up missing milkshakes. Waited another 10 mins and could see the milkshake order was wrong... because one had sprinkles and had ordered simple vanilla and chocolate shakes. Pointed that out. 5 minutes later got areplacement shake. Did not notice until gone that other shake was peanut butter, not vanilla. Food cold and wrong shakes. Regretleaving 15% tip. Will not tip at shake n steak again. Not likely to visit again. Read more
This is the only Steak n Shake I go to. Always friendly service and the food is great.
First the staff is great and deserves 5 stars! Only being able to order on a screen does not allow for special requests like bun... on the side or extra toasted. Ordered several items and payed. When they called our number we were told that they were out of 3of the 5 things we ordered. If we had known that we would have gone somewhere else. When went to get our drinks almost half ofthe selections were empty. The whole experience was a cold robotic disaster. Without the wait staff, spice display, and theother things that said "hello" it is like getting food from a vending machine. Won't go back. Read more
Everything was ???????????? will definitely go back there????????... it's kind of sad that they wear those ???????? coolazz CHEF... hats& coats ?????????? but you can BARELY see them. They're NOT customer service ORIENTED, which I CAN COMPLETELY TELL, they arenot EXPECTED to be!???????? just fix the food and put it there!¿? ALTHOUGH, the young man was VERY POLITE when he delivered myorder to the pick up counter ???????? But they are having inappropriate conversations in the kitchen area???? they don't knowthat we can hear EVERYTHING ????????????that's being said???? ... that's young people today, they were talking RECKLESS andCRAZY ????... We go to this SnS every time we do our monthly shopping so our vehicle was full of frozen items... BIG MISTAKE! There were about... 8 vehicles before us but the line moved okay until we were locked in place. Between the order and the window we had one truck infront of us. We sat there for almost 35 minutes!! When we got to the window the grease covered manager was there and when wementioned the wait and asked about the food she replied "I don't know what to tell you, I just got here." The only activitybehind her was the cook checking her phone. The manager handed me my small milkshake and when I looked I saw a small cup withcolored milk in it half full. She reluctantly said she'd remake it when I tried to give it back. We were given our fries thatweren't even half full in a Dixie cup and the burgers also not up to par but by this point we needed to just leave. See attachedphotos. When we got here, we were originally going to go to drive thru. Glad we went inside for carry out, tho. The service was... excellent. We ordered the double steak burger, which was well worth it. Dalton even let us know that we could build our ownburger. Would definitely come back to this location. Sorry no picture of the steak burger itself but it was so good I forgot totake the photo. I've been to this location before and had excellent service. If today had been my first visit, I would probably not go back. The... lady at the drive-thru got our order wrong. She got the condiments wrong and forgot to include the chili. She said it was herfirst day back, and she had missed the chili, but offered to get it for us 'in 2 seconds' if we paid the extra $3+. While shegot the chili, we checked the receipt and discovered she had charged 2 fries. Indeed, we had 2 fries, and my husband had startedeating the one he had pulled out. When she brought the chili, I asked for a refund of the fries we didn't order. She objected,pointing out that he was eating them. She got her manager, who gave us a can refund without saying anything to us. Unnecessarilyrude. Chili was very watery. Read more
