Absolutely terrible service. I told the cashier I have an egg allergy and she told me she would remove the egg from my sandwich.... When I received my order it had egg on it (the label said no cheese but the sandwich had cheese on it too). I asked them to makeme a new sandwich and then I received a sandwich that had only cheese and bread, no meat (but hey- no egg either). When I askedfor another sandwich the manager told me she?d refund me and then make me another sandwich. However after waiting for 15 minutesfor my sandwich the employees told me that I would not be receiving another sandwich because I was refunded and they were out ofsandwiches. I didn't enjoy my coffee. I was served warm coffee instead of hot coffee. Coffee was not fresh at all. Definitely not worth the... price. Read more

I waited TEN minutes for a melted drink that had to be remade because the person making my drink didn?t read the label for what... I ordered. And because the employee made it wrong and had to remove the extra toppings that she added?when I specified that Idid not WANT them?I wasn?t even given a full cup! She just got annoyed and handed it to me. I paid $5.60 for a drink that wasn?teven filled all the way and was melted by the time I got it. This is the WORST Starbucks that I?ve ever been to. I asked for an Peach Green Tea Lemonade with very little ice and I got a cup full of ice.
They were pretty slow when I went here and they didn't go in order. Ex: some people that ordered after were getting their food... before others and some people had to wait for multiple things instead of them just giving it to you all at once. Just a littleunorganized, but there was a ton of people there. They could probably use a better system though. It all tastes good though. Read more
They?re in a location where a lot of people pass through. I think the demand will probably always exceed the supply. That?s a... recipe for a long customer wait time. Plus, they need to be fully / overstaffed consistently. Read more
