This Starbucks is extremely inefficient. No employee is taking orders but one is standing around looking confused while 15... people wait in line. She keeps picking up cups and putting them back down. They always seem to be training new people duringpeak hours. This is an everyday thing. Come order a drink if you want to wait an hour! This is one of the most inefficient Starbucks I have been to. They have several workers but somehow you will find yourself... waiting for 20 minutes for your coffee. For sure come thirty minutes before your class or you will be late, even when they arenot super busy. Read more
Horrible service and i didnt get the espresso shot I had paid for. There were 7 people behind the counter and only 2 people were... actually working, one register and one barista. I waited from 11:15am from the time i walked in to 11:50am when i got my drink.I paid $4 to be late to class and watch the workers take out the same half empty trashcan and fill up their water cups half adozen times. I counted a whole 7 minutes where they didnt call out a single drink order because the only people working weretrying to refill the lid stock and refresher pitchers. Get your business together. You guys need to get your business together and stop botching up my orders and canceling my tapin orders for no reason. Im sure... others are having this issue too as I am not the only person having issues when you guys are during peak and even the low hours.The only reason why I keep going is convenience to study location, but I am tired of the bad service so I will be taking mybusiness elsewhere. Waited forever, drink was only filled 3/4 of the way up and it tasted disgusting.
