This Starbucks location was quite busy being located inside of the Oaks Mall; however, the Staff did an amazing job of having... food and drink orders out in a timely and professional manner. This location is not well known for "pay-it-forward" but thereare many individuals still participating in helping others by paying for their order. This changes the atmosphere of thislocation entirely. Very humble and grateful individuals are most common to be found alongside the usual mall crowd looking toget a drink and leave. Once again, the employees of this location -- amazing. I've been to many coffee shops and the baristasand staff are no where near as friendly as here. Do yourself a favor and stop in, and if you're able pay for the person behindyou. Keep it going ???? Read more

just ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte. i think maybe they accidentally made it hot, then realized their mistake. but instead... of remaking it they kept it in the hot cup and added a few pieces of ice. of course all the ice melted so now i have a lukewarm,watery, latte. also no pumpkin flavor. baristas are always rude here. really disappointing after spending $7 on a drink. Wouldn't even take my order for a Frappuccino. They stated cleaning the machines at 6:35 p.m. Mall doesn't close until 7. I... guess if you order black coffee, you're literally going to get the bottom of the pot lol. Read more

I never try to do this but I am very frustrated with how rude Veronica was towards me. This store was out of Venti cups, which I... usually get a grande drink made with extra ice in a Venti cup. The women taking my order was very sweet and made sure to includeI wanted ?extraaaaa ice? as seen in the photo below LOL. When I got my drink the ice was filled as if i was a grande cup withregular ice. I asked another women because I didn?t see who made my drink and asked if she could add more ice and Veronicalooked at me like I was dumb and said ?Look you asked for extra ice and I gave it to you like it was a Venti? and rolled eyes,which I looked back like ??? and said ?all I asked for was extra ice? so while the women started putting more ice in, Veronicastepped over and started gossiping? Keep in mind, I got a STAWBERRY refresher and she didn?t put any strawberry base in it :)))all it taste like is mango :-) This is my regular drink so the color should be a little more pink and not as if I got adragonfruit refresher w/ no inclusions :-) . I juts BOUGHT a White hot chocolate mocha & they gave me just a mocha flavor at all the 3 girls working now were so rude and... originally i wanted to get a caramel ribbon crunch and they said that they dont make frappuchinos an hour before closing thestore i dont think thats appropiate to say to a costumer who is buying. i did not complain with them because i didnt have tomuch time. Lainey greeted me upon entry and was very kind, prompt, and informative. I could tell she was smiling behind the mask,... especially with her caring tone. Kristina was very sweet and helped me decide on a delicious amazing drink. I could tell she putcare into making it. I would normally say they that employees have good customer service skills, but i could definitely tellthis wasn't a skill, but it was a mindset of genuinely caring for the customers. Read more
