I?m writing this review on September 19th, 2020-I?m giving them 5 stsrs because they handled an upset customer (me) with such... care and sympathy. I work for a delivery service and they hadn?t made it on time and would take a long time. I was mean andangry but I stopped when I saw the look of how disappointed they were in their mess up. I'm giving y'all a 2 star rating because I love your pretzels!!! But when I bought one pretzel there today for 3$ and some... change they ended up charging me 14$!!!!!! The phone number is disconnected and they cannot be reached by customer serviceeither. They stole my money and never gave me a receipt!!! After our disastrous lunch at the chinese place in the food court, we needed something to remove the taste from our mouths. We... opted to split a parmesan pretzel with a thing of nacho cheese. While less disappointing than the chinese place, this was stillquite disappointing. Pretzel: The pretzel was hot... (or heated?) ish. The parmesan was stuck liberally to the pretzel. It hada strange sweet taste though. My partner described it as similar to King's Hawaiian bread. I agree with her. This caused theparmesan flavor to get lost and go unnoticed. Cheese: Salty, slightly cheesy, creamy and, a bit oily. Wouldn't recommendit. The people behind the counter are very friendly enough and are quick with the service. This is a mall counter place so theyare doing a good job as mall-counter employees. I would only recommend this if you like King's Hawaiian or order a sweetpretzel.
