I ordered a 8 piece chicken combo for a homeless couple located near my job site and 2 piece combo for myself. They totally... screwed up my order. I was charged for something I didn't order. The total cost was around $41. When I tried to straighten itout, the manager, got indignant and rude! It wasn't a total loss because I knew the food I purchased would go to people thatwould be happy to get it. In my opinion this woman should not be working with the public and definitely not in a managementposition! She was even rude to the workers!!! I'll never go back to Popeyes again! I paid the bill and left because I didn'twant to be in her presence and I had a Uber waiting to take me to a job assignment in the area. Customer service is at anall-time low in America. I travel around the United States and Canada so I encounter many people professional andunprofessional. Sad to say but this woman was one of the most unprofessional, rude people that I've met in my travels. I hope Ihaven't misjudged this woman? Chicken was cooked to perfection. The Mac and cheese could of used a lil more help. The mashed potatoes with gravy was perfect... and that?s saying something because I don?t even like gravy on my mashed potatoes. I love Popeyes, but there must really be something wrong with the ones in Florida. The wait is almost always a ridiculously... long time. The food is normally pretty good. I once waited over 45 minutes for my order, whole the chicken was just sittingthere in the warming area. Don't be in a rush when you go to this location. Read more
We sat in the drive thru order screen for over 20 minutes before someone yelled from the store that the drive thru was closed.... When we went in, they were out of most items within an hour of closing. My order was partially fulfilled and was given anincorrect side item to what was offered as a substitute but they couldn't fulfill my partner's order. Was not a good experiencewith this store. Great chicken. Slow service. Great employees. Wrong items given on order..three times. Seems to be in a disarray but the... chicken is awesome. We will stick to our usual Popeyes, they get it right, fast and great each time. That matters. Read more
This is not the new one. Service was terrible and unprofessional as I figured it would be. The cover photo is miss leading,... avoid at all cost. Also the pie taste like it was cooked with the chicken, my order was completely wrong. I got cold fries, ainedible biscuit, a breath with a wing still attached, and not the right count of chicken.
