I see I'm not the only one here with this same problem, but I'll say my piece anyhow. I was looking to make this a potential... new daily stop after work, but it's really discouraging when you walk into an empty store (as in no other customers) and itstill takes the employees 3+ minutes to even acknowledge you - and not even verbally - while they chat amongst themselves aboutpersonal whatevers. Apparently they open whenever they want. Not at 11:00 like it?s posted. went to grab some quick smoothies and ended up standing... outside for 15 minutes until the restaurant next door let us know they open up whenever someone gets there and it would likelybe another half hour?.never have I seen this happen at any other business. I?m in town for a week and second time I went here. I was praying the same young woman who helped me the first time wouldn?t be... there. Like a couple of the other reviews I read, there was no one there when I went in. I looked to the right and saw the sameyoung woman in the restaurant next door playing with her phone. I asked her if she worked in the smoothie shop and she got upand made my drink, which tasted fine. On both occasions there was no please, thank you, smile or eye contact. In fact, I wastreated as if helping me was an imposition and done grudgingly. Also, this time she charged me $5 something for my drink,whereas a few days ago she charged me $7 something for the same drink. This was at 3:00pm today, Thursday January 13, 2022. Sheis one of the worst representatives of a business I?ve ever come across and should be terminated, as she has no interest intreating customers with politeness or even civility. I hate writing negative reviews, even when warranted. This time I feel like I have to. Hopefully the owners will address glaring... problems with this store. We like planet smoothie as a rule and this store is just completely unsatisfactory This place isdisgusting. It's small but every inch of it looks dirty. The front of the counter was empty, what should be in there I don'tknow but there are stainless steel cubby holes in front of the glass counter and they are all empty and the stainless steel isfilthy. Behind the counter filthy. On the shelves filthy. The floor filthy. This location is adjacent to a Moe's Southwest grilland shares a common dining area. The Moe's was filthy. The floor was dirty the bathrooms were disgusting. The young man at thecounter was very nice. I will say that. As it turned out he was out of the protein for my daughter's smoothie so I canceled myorder and I was grateful to be able to do that with an apparent cause because I really didn't want to eat anything from thatstore after I got a closer look at where it was being prepared. It was so appalling I could not even believe it because it's ina very nice part of town and a very fine looking store front and shopping plaza. I know these are strong opinions. I thinkwhoever is in charge of that store needs to take a close look at what a customer sees when they walk in. If they don't agreewith me they're in the wrong business. Read more
I thought the place was shut down because there was literally nothing on the shelves, counters or walls. There was nobody inside... the business at all. I turned to walk out and a girl appeared from Moe's not happy at all that I was there but she did serve meand my smoothie tastes as good as it always does. Read more
Gave me four fully melted smoothies because they did not use ice. I told them that is not how you make a smoothie, you are... supposed to use ice. They said I was wrong. I had been going there since 2010 and have seen them make it hundreds of time. Rudestaff. Not going to return. Read more
There was no one here when I went. Easy one star. No employee to serve me and no sign to say where they went. I have no clue if... they were on a smoke break or if whoever was scheduled didn't show, but this type of behavior is unacceptable in the restaurantindustry. Needless to say I went the extra few miles and travelled to smoothie king right after this. Read more
I went by at 1:30pm on a Thursday and no one was there even though the hours are 11am-9pm. Sadly, it seems like this a common... occurrence. Read more
