We were visiting Gainesville and saw this place as we were driving past. Since I love pizza we had to stop and try it. The... greeter was super nice and responsive. The place is very clean. We ordered a large pepperoni. It Was supposed to have a fewkinds of pepperoni but I am not sure about that. It was excellent nonetheless. The wings were perfect. It was a good experience at Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza. First of all, I liked the place and ambiance, it was cozy and it was so... clean and well organized. Second, Food was so delicious, they have the best fried calamari in town (calamari was fried at theexact temp and time as you don?t taste any flavor of oil). Margarita pizza was so good and huge, the crust was so yummy as youfeel the crunch in your mouth thats makes you want more. And I tried another mini pizza, which I forgot its name (but you cansee it below in my pictures);THIS ONE WAS SO GOOD! The ingredients of the cheese, tomatoes and the mix of herbs all togethergave the dough a unique taste that I have never taste before! Very good food and very good service! I was a little hesitant on the calamari at first because of the price, but that was well... worth it. Best presentation and tasting calamari I?ve experienced. It had peppers fried in there as well. My pizza was great aswell. I would recommend this place to anyone that enjoys a good pizza and good service. Read more

This place was surprisingly pleasant. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The pizza was very flavorful. They offer infused oil... with the pizza which only heightens the flavor. The ceasar salad was fresh right down to the dressing. The service was stellar. Ethan was personable and very attentive.
