Worst experience I've ever had here. The service was slow ( there wasn't a crowd or a line ). When the work finally acknowledged... ghat we need to place an order they weren't very friendly. We got a grilled chicken salad and a Buffalo blue sandwich. Thechicken in the salad was barely warm, no grill marks on it. The French fries with my sandwich was super salty. Very upset. They use to have great food but the quality went down hill. My husband ordered chicken strips that he said had no... taste and was over cooked. The waffle fries were old. I got mac and cheese which looked like the microwaveable Mac and cheese, the noodles were not cooked. Very disappointing. My chocolate shake had way too much chocolate syrup and was not mixed well. I don't eat here much as I have not been impressed since they opened. My wife and I decided to try them again last Sunday. We... both had Chicken Sandwich Meals mine was the Spicy Chicken however. The good was good fast service and hot fries. The bad waswe had twice as much bread as we did Chicken. The chicken on both sandwiches were very small, thin and tough. My SpicyChicken sauce was ok but had a very weird and somewhat unpleasant taste. It left a lot to be desired. The restaurant alsocould of been cleaner. The drink station was dirty and had trash all over the counters. Numerous tables were dirty and hadfood crumbs and other items on them. We left yet again with the same impression as before that it was ok but nothing specialand not worth the price you pay for the quality or quantity of food you get. Planned to eat at CFA on the same exit, but the line was just too long. Saw PDQ, never having it we didn?t know what to expect.... Some of the best fast food I?ve ever had. The chicken sandwich and chicken tenders are certainly a go to. Bathrooms and insidewere clean. Read more
I spent $42 here for 3 people to eat a meal. The milkshakes came with cherries after I told them no cherries, they spilled sauce... all inside the bag. The chicken wasn't even crispy as advertised. Popeyes is better. But PDQ does have good fries. Read more

PDQ stands for "People Dedicated to Quality". They truly live up to the name. I have gone here for lunch 2-3 times a week for... almost 6 months, and have never been disappointed. Once, I had a cookie that was slightly less gooey than previous cookies. So,the GM, Matthew, immediately gave me a new cookie and cleared the remaining cookies off of the shelf and replaced them withfreshly baked ones. They have not needed to correct any other mistake, because it is always absolutely perfect every singletime. Fresh chicken, fries, and salad. Every. Single. Time.
