Ordered a pizza selected well done and they sent out a pizza totally burnt. The employees should be ashamed of themselves for... sending out a pizza like that. Worst management that you can encounter. If this is how the management is, then think about how the rest of the store might be.... Okay so I ordered a pizza from the Papa Johns App on my phone and apparently this location had some delivery personnel issuesand they ended up delivering my order by utilizing Door Dash. When I placed the order I chose cash for my form of payment. Acouple of minutes after, someone calls me from the store and tells me that I need to pay with a card because one delivery personwent earlier to that same address and had some issues. I went ahead and paid with my card. So the delivery person arrived at awrong location and sent me a text saying "here". I am out and do not see anybody. Then I received a call from Door Dashcustomer service telling me that they had the driver on the other line and that they were going to do a 3 way I guess so that wecan try to find out each other. The delivery person or the Dasher (this is how they are called) did not even let me talk whenshe was already yelling and insulting me on the phone. While this was happening the Door Dash customer service was still on thephone and heard everything that the dasher said. The dasher finally found me and gave me the pizza and continue to yell andinsult me. Okay so this is when the interesting part comes up: I called the store and I asked for the manager (Brandon) whichsaid that I needed to contact Door Dash to file the complaint. I explained this manager that I did not place my order throughDoor Dash and that I had not done any business with Door Dash and that I did not need to contact a 3rd company that THEY decidedto use. He said that was their process. I asked the manager for his last name and in a very disrespectful manner he said hewas not going to give me his last name. I'm not one to complain at all. Pizza showed up kind of warm not hot. It was a small pizza for $12 with 3 toppings out the door... delivered it was 20 and the toppings didn't even cover the whole pizza. I know this is a new place here Gainesville and I'mwilling to try that out but I'm not going to order another pizza from here ever .the delivery driver was the best part about theexperience and he was here within 20 minutes and the pizza was cold?..
