Terrible customer service. After not going to Papa Johns for awhile because of incorrect orders, I decided to give them another... chance. Asked for light cheese as I can't have much and they put on what looks like extra. The large pizza is advertised as 14"but is clearly isn't. The only good thing was the breadsticks, they were great. I contacted the store about the pizza twice andwas ready to bring it back but no response for days. Ended up removing it from the fridge and throwing it out. Ended up gettingan email awhile later saying I'd be refunded, which never happened. Spoke to the manager, Albert I believe and he promised hewould give me a call back in a day or two for a refund or credit after speaking to his manager and then never called me back.Don't go here. Terrible service. Go to five star or piesanos instead. Read more
Delivery was over 90 minutes, pizza was barely above room temperature (ordered at 2pm, 5 hours before the gator game).... Consistently out of things. Will reconsider ordering next time. Read more

One star is too many. Avoid this store if you care about getting edible food. The driver left two pizzas at the door on the... ground without notification. Pizzas were ant covered and inedible. Manager has absolutely no people skills and refused to bringout edible pizzas. Read more
I ordered delivery. They ignored my directions and dropped it off on my front porch. By the time I called for status update on... my order and was told it had been left on the ground outside my door it was covered in ants. Employees were quick to refund theorder but did not replace the meal, which is what I wanted per their quality guarantee. Read more
Two days in a row couldn't do a delivery order for cash because they lack drivers and use a delivery service which negates my... coupons, which is horrible the food is never on time is cold or destroyed which isn't Papa John's fault. But at the same timehire folks. Read more
If you forget your Zip code for your card they will say the card is declined but the money will still come out of... your account and the manager should not be a manager he as no people skills and he is rude me nor my friends and family will never buy pizza from any pap jhons five. Order at 5:45 on a week night and was ready within 20 minutes for pick up. Asked for extra Alfredo sauce and received it, the... chicken and tomato on the Alfredo pepperoni stuffed crust was really good.
