I say this as a former employee of this specific Panera. DO NOT TRY TO PAY FOR THE PERSON BEHIND YOU IN THE DRIVE THROUGH WITH... CASH! I was told BY A MANAGER to lie, take the money for myself, and split it amongst the other workers. Very dry bread. The Mac and cheese sandwich was fairly good. The BBQ chicken sandwich was very good. The mac and cheese broccoli... bread bowl tasted like broccoli soup more than mac and cheese. This was the coldest Panera I have ever been to. We had to go get jackets out of our car to sit long enough to eat our meals. It... was probably 65 degrees inside, if not colder. Was a bit disappointed in how little soup I got in my bread bowl but the serverassured me it was a full 8oz and was friendly and polite but didn't offer any changes. Read more
Appreciate Panera locations for their consistency not just on the food but the staff as well. This location is currently... following protocol and was only accepting online orders during our visit, not a problem because that is our preferred method ofordering. The only issue was they were out of one of the bakery items we ordered, it was very pleasant that they called to askif we wanted a replacement or refund. This was my family's first time eating here and as those of you that follow me know, my husband and I just vent Vegan. The... manager was beyond accommodating. He explained that most everything in their menu can be made the way we wanted. It was a littlecrowded and messy but the service and atmosphere was awesome...and the food...terrific! Read more
This location is convenient and offers a drive-thru. It's typically pretty clean, fast and easy to get in and out of.
