Management, you should train employees to have a smile when they are in front of customers. And at least make belief that you... care for the business that your customers are bringing, to pay your salaries. Food is decent. Not the best location, but area is convenient since it?s close to work. Very fast and efficient staff. Only... issue is with some of the employees. Some are not so welcoming and nice. As someone else in customer service, it?s not hard tosay ?hi, what can I get you?? Instead of ?go ahead with your order.? Yes, I know it?s just fast food but customer service ispart of the job. I?m so over this location. I work right near this one and eat there 3 times a week on average. The last three visits were the... worst I have ever had as food quality goes. I am forced to ask for light onions when ordering the chow mien because there arealways so many. Now it think because I order that way they are going out of their way to get the most possible cabbage andonions. This most recent trip I literally got a whole onion piece. It looked like an apple slice. That onion piece took up thewhole scoop of angus steak I paid an extra $1.25 for and I got only two cubes of meat.
