I went there with a friend and I waited a long time to be helped because the guy was on the phone taking orders over the phone... and grabbing all the food to do their orders in the meantime he has me waiting then when a lady that works there started to tryto help me and of course they were out of everything I wanted because he gave it to the phone orders so I just decided not toorder anything because he gave it all out so I just said nevermind I'm not ordering anything it is just rude and thoughtless ontheir part I will never go there anymore. First time here. Got orange chicken and teriyaki chicken with rice. Food was great. Good atmosphere. Friendly guys
This location has gone down hill. I've patronized this location for many years. However, my last experience marks the last time... ill ever eat there. Most of their employee are great but some will treat customers like trash. Veronica in particular, is beyondhorrendous. Panda express must be hit hard by the labor shortage if they stoop so low to higher such a person. One person doesnot represent the location but the fact that they allow her to continue working makes her actions a representation of theattitude of management. If I were you I would just visit a different panda express or try some of the local Chinese places. Read more
Actual chicken inside every piece of orange chicken is very less. It was made fluffier using lots of cornstarch n flour. Total... potion is also not as per the price taken. Read more

I mentioned to the person that took my order to please on the orange chicken, to make sure I get pieces of chicken not dough.... And they ignore it and gave me 2 or 3 pieces of chicken and the rest was dough???? If I wanted dough I would have gotten asandwich or a pizza. If I come back I will stick with teriyaki chicken instead. Your company is taking advantage of customersand giving them more dough than chicken on the Orange and Honey chicken, it?s a shame the greed for money and trying to keepoverhead down.
