After paying over $20 for a large burrito and queso the burrito looks like a child?s meal, like the leftovers were just stuck in... my burrito. There were barely any chips overall this is absolutely just disappointing. Read more

Employees wear airpods while taking orders, messing up basic requests. Completely out of basic items. Came it to everyone in the... back room, no one at the front counter, had to wait around for someone to even come. In that time, they managed to burn a ton offood on the grill, which had to be wasted. Once I finally got my food, I realized the employee piles about a pound and a half ofbeans on a single nacho. Way too much given I requested a normal amount. Food was extremely bland because of this. Cashier alsomessed up and charged me more than was meant to be charged. Terrible service Read more

Last night was the WORST visit we've ever had at Moe's!!! They had No salsa out to eat with our chips... and at first told us... they were out of chips until 1 of the other employees went to the back and got some more...No beans at all for ourburritos/quesadillas ....and seemed very unhygienic when making our food... The restaurant just seemed dirty. I got no tomatoeson one of the burritos and my son said there was still tomatoes in it. We eat at other Moe's locations and have always had A+++food and service but this location/visit was very unsatisfactory for the money spent! Their women's restroom was out of orderas well so we had to guard the men's room to use the potty. The men's restroom really smelled like urine and was dirty. Thestaff was friendly but we were in there for 30min just to make our food and there was literally 1 other family already sittingdown and that's it for the whole store so not really sure what was the reason for the slow food service. I seriously want to know if both this location and the Archer location are owned by the same people. I gave this location a... chance with a delivery order and they let me down. We ordered double steak, with everything except rice and beans. The orderthat we received was under portioned. there was barely any steak or anything other then a ton of sour cream. When we called theysaid we would have to talk to the manager. Then hung up. Moe's used to be a good company but they have really gone down hill. Read more

I explicitly remember when this Moe?s location originally opened (I used to work for New Horizons Computer Learning). I have... recently returned to working in Gainesville at the University and this is the closest location to my office. Gainesville hasmany offerings for a ?burrito?. Why would one choose this location over Chipotle, Burrito Bros, Tijuana Flats, Etc? Simpleanswer: employees like Meagan. Today?s visit was solely based on the fact that it is National Burrito Day?on social media Moe?swas posting about National Burrito Day and $5 Burritos. I convinced a co-worker to go with me for lunch. Upon entering Moe?s itis customary for a loud ?welcome to Moe?s?, but not today. Meagan greeted us with ?HAPPY BURRITO DAY!? enthusiastically. Ienjoy visiting establishments that have people who are enthusiastic and embrace ?fun?. Meagan?s personality is a differencemaker. When I placed my order, she maintained an upbeat demeanor. She was enjoying the banter and made ordering a burrito fun.During my order, she made a suggestive sell option letting me know that the bowls qualified for the $5 event. When preparing myBurrito she followed Moe?s protocols and measurements but did so with some flair and a smile. Meagan had a similar interactionwith my co-worker and every guest after me. This is who she is. Moe?s needs more employees that embrace that level of customerservice. It wasn?t cheesy. It wasn?t ?mailed in?. Don't order for delivery. Someone working there doesn't know how to read. "Please separate my hot and cold ingredients so I can... reheat later" then I literally listed the cold ingredients to be separated out, thanked them... and this is what I got. Read more

Great tasting, lots of food, very colorful, quick service, and helpful staff who listens to your wants. This was my 2nd time... in Moe's, but the first time I visited this location. Food was fresh and smelled great. I got their Chicken Wrong Doug whichhas a tortilla then a hard taco broken in a few pieces then covered by rice, beans, chicken, cheese and your choice of addedtoppings. Then they take another hard taco and break it into a few pieces and place them on top of everything. After you aredone building your Stack, they fold the tortilla over everything and place it on the griddle and cook both sides. I also got 2small containers of sour cream and a bag of chips. You have your choice of salsa mixes and if you get a drink, you have someTeas to choose from or Coco Cola Freestyle fountain drinks. We tried a drink called Moe-Rita, which is a mix of lemon lime andorange with something extra mixed in. It tasted great so we got it. Melissa did a great job in helping us and assisting mesince I did not know how the whole process works. Thank you for your kindness and patience. Everything was delicious.
