Food was good but the service was terrible. We went through drive through and every time we ordered she would say anything else.... We told her we had more to order. After the last item ordered we asked if it was a meal and she replied 'I got this just pulledup. ' We pulled up and got no greeting just the total. She shoved the card reader at us and basically shoved the bag at us. Noreason to be that rude to your customer. They need to treat their customers better. Read more
I got the new adults happy meal but when I got there it was just the regular mcnuggets without the box or any toys and when we... asked they just said they don't have it instead of giving us a refund. Very slow service and customer service was garbage. Evenwhen I contacted corporate they wouldn't give me a refund for paying for a product I didn't receive. Do not advertise somethingyou do not have. Do not accept payment for something you do not have. This is why this mcdonalds has such low ratings. Read more
They?re actually working their hardest. With a million college students annoying them with orders, they were working like a well... oiled machine in the back. Service was meh, they were putting chairs on tables where kids were sitting rather than helpingcomplete orders. But my food was good. Read more
I use to work at a couple of different McDonald's more confident than this one so I'll try to be very specific & brief: They're... missing table tents and lacking confidence to serve at the registrar properly right along with teamwork that makes it cleanerbecause of the COVID pandemic that has now changed and is of lesser value to anyone as I haven't seen 1 customer with any facemask whilst looking all throughout McDonald's dining area and not viewing any type of face masking on anyone there..not even thecrew members nor the shift manager/s. Also it wouldn't hurt to hear a little positive encouragement/reinforcement from anyworkers working there as I use to listen to late nights going to order in this place with my buddies. I placed a mobile order. When I got to the drive through they told me it would be a moment. Four minutes later nobody had come... back so I pulled up to the window, thinking they had forgotten I was waiting. I was rudely told that they weren't "set up" yet,and couldn't get my order. I asked what I should do and was told I wasn't going to be charged. The worst thing is by the time Ipulled out of the parking lot they were handing a Happy Meal out the window to a car that pulled in after me. Read more

Well organized, plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor, stable quality of food. Eat the fries first, even you are getting... takeout or drive through, because they are very crispy and the best at that moment. After a few minutes, the fries are no whereas good. Positive attitude on most staffs. Mobile order always has good deals. Pretty happy experiences with this McDonald?s. Read more
The people and food are in line wirh McDonalds, however, the building is not in great shape. The male urinal doesnt flush and... when you try to flush the pipes come out from the wall. The Tv that is supposed to display the menu was not working and insteaddisplayed an LG screensaver. Read more
