Absolute worst service I?ve ever had hot coffee on a cold rainy night ice cold girls are playing in around sitting at the... drive-through for over 10 minutes for a cup of hot coffee. This McDonald's location is literally one of the worst McDonald's I have been to. We went on 11/3/2022 to order one happy meal... that consisted of a 6 piece nugget, fries, and a drink. We waited well over 20 mins before I asked a worker how much longer itwould be before our meal was ready. She that they were still waiting for the nuggets. When I told her that I wanted a refundinstead of waiting longer the person she told said loud that she was NOT going to refund me and then with an attitude stormedoff. Then the same girl started serving other people that ordered well after I did their nuggets and meals. They still refusedto refund me and continued to ignore me. This whole location needs to be address by either corporate or the franchise owners.Almost every time we go there is an issue, but unfortunately this is the only McDonald's close to us. Read more
Came here specifically for the happy meal Halloween pails, I bought 5 happy meals for my nieces and nephews and they don?t tell... me they were out of them. Ordered a meal and tried paying with cash. Employee got upset with the fact I was paying with cash. Gave her a $5 bill and... didn't know how to count my change with out the register telling her how much to give me. $15 an hour SMH. All employees aredisgruntled and have attitudes.
