Literally had no drive thru due to construction which is a non-issue. Went inside waited 10 minutes to order there was only 1... other person who already ordered. The construction outside was causing stuff to fall in the kitchen making it unsafe for staff.They also got the order wrong which isn't the first time for this location. Food was also cold and bland. If this a franchiseylocation the owner might wanna check the profit margins and reviews. If it's corporate look at the amount of complaints andmetrics, in the end the answer is the same for both. I arrived approximately 1:13 p.m. hoping to get a quick lunch and a boo bucket for my son. Drive thru was not open, no big deal.... I go in and proceeded to wait almost 15 minutes before I left. One worker trying to take orders and serve mobile and walk uporders at the slowest pace possible. A manager, I am guessing cooling and 2 people in a back office. A lady had to ask for hermobile order after standing there waiting for 5 min only to find out it was not even started. The mannager did not attempt tohelp but was capable of convesing with the employee while she put the mobile order together. Due to time constraints I leftalong with others. I rarely go to McDonald's but my son wanted a boo bucket. After seeing the buckets, we will forgo the HappyMeals and in the future, this particular McDonalds. It is not our first issue. Read more
This is one of the worst McDonald?s I?ve been to the customer service sucks they don?t listen to when you order I ordered my... meal and they gave me a completely different item. When you go inside their workers ignore you. Over all really bad experience. Read more
I have never had good experiences with this McDonalds and when I bring it up to family, everyone says "oh don't ever go to that... McDonalds, its the worse one in town". Well today I tried it and went through the drive thru. The sign outside said one price,but when I got to the window it was almost double. I questioned this. The young man just kept repeating the new price and saidthat's what it is. I asked for the manager. She said the sign was not updated. And I said - then you need to honor that price.She would not do it and could not have cared less. Needless to say - I drove away, not falling for this "bait and switch". But -buyer beware! Slow, slow, slow. Be prepared to be put into the holding spots even for simple orders (e.g. filet o fish sandwich, or egg Mc... Muffin-- nothing custom, super normal.) People come to the drive thru for speed...if you need to charge a dollar more for theitems so you can pay more staff, and not force me to wait 10 minutes every time I order, I would HAPPILY pay it. I called and the lady said ? Aw that sucks? and hung up on me. I ordered a 10 pc nugget large fry and a Coke, and got 8 nuggets... and 1 half eaten! This is nasty and disgusting don?t come here very rude! Didn?t even get a refund or replacement. Read more
The workers were nice. Boss man was on it. He knows how to handle his employees when they are stresses he calmed them down very... well. I witnessed this first hand. It made me happy to see patience is still people. I got my food fast and with upmost respect.Kudos to them! Read more
This was the worse drive through I've ever been through. Window persistent. Couldn't hear had to keep repeating. When I got to... the pick up window the lady was literally on her phone for at least 4 min before she handed me my food that was waiting on thecounter in front of her. That unprofessional. First and last time at that location. Oh and I wrote a horrible review and askedto be called by a manager who of course never called. Read more
