Typically when eating out, our travels do not take us to indoor pizza places. We didn?t really think about it that way but that... is reality. If you happen to be like us, then you may have your eyes opened like we did with Leonardo?s Pizza. It feels like afamily restaurant and everyone is down to earth. The employees know their stuff and can explain everything accurately. The foodis very good and we liked it. They have a salad bar as well as a lot of different types of pizzas and sides. You can find wordsearches on the wall as well as a maze or two. They also have a sit down throwback video game for the kids and adult-kids canplay. Overall it is a laid back place with prompt service and good food. When we eat pizza, we don?t count calories; this is agood place for that. I ordered a large pizza to go and it was ready within the time that they said it would be ready. It was very delicious the sauce... was a little too much but that was fine it was still over all delicious. Pretty good deep dish pizza! I've been to Chicago, and their pizza is comparable to some of the chains there. This kind of pizza... is not my personal favorite because it seems that there's never enough pizza sauce. The crust was toasted just enough and thetoppings were well balanced.
