You know how you just want some kfc? Mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, maybe some coleslaw I don't know! So you order a three... piece all white meat and you wanted that extra crispy! You paid through the mobile app and also ordered some sauces that youhave to pay for ????...well... You get home for the third time in a row and the chickens overcooked and you remember that onetime you get to the window and they tell you they threw a leg in there because for some reason there were no wings ????.. nosauces, I know I know why do I keep going back... It's because I really wanted some KFC and I was just hoping that maybe my lastthree horrible experiences would just go away with one awesome experience! Nope! The food was mid. The lady at the drive through forced me to wait in line 3 times to get my food for absolutely no reason... whatsoever. When I told her I was confused, she insulted me directly. Recommend you eat elsewhere. Read more
Food was great, exactly what my family needed that day. The extra 10 minutes wait from the online scheduled pickup time with... zero communication from the staff was not. No greeting, no acknowledgment to myself or the 2 other people that came in behind mewaiting on the same thing with their phones out ready to show, and that was the manager at the counter. 5 words to any personin line and better communication and encouragement to his staff would have changed the situation dramatically. If I could give no stars I would, this place is disgusting an the manager is rude , yesterday my brother went to kfc an got a... famous bowl , started eating only to find out hair was in his food, went back there an the manager was very rude , didn?t carean made it seem as if he didn?t buy the famous bowl there !
