Folks are usually very friendly here. Today I was waiting for my order at the drive thru when a young man with dreds opened the... window to hand me my drink. He didn't make any effort to hand it to me. I was parked close so it shouldn't have been an issue. Istretched for it but still couldn't reach. I told the guy he needed to reach just a bit more but all he did was stare at me. Iam still in shock he did that. Unbelievable. I won't go there anymore. Not worth the stress. Read more

These people are always closing their lobby. I've been turned away numerous times in the last couple years for various reasons.... The employees aren't nice about it every time, like, "why didn't you see the small piece of computer paper telling you drivethru only?" There's a million signs in the store, sorry I didn't see the newest one you printed this morning. Either way, I'mtired of getting out of my truck and then getting turned away. You just can?t make this up? So I order a sub?and a pickle?quartered. Just think to yourselves what this means. Now look at... the photo. Management, I?m glad to see that you were able to add to your staff, but please note, when these creatures come outof their parents basement they do need some training with a touch of common sense sprinkled in. Lately, this store can't seem to get anything I order correct. After a very poor customer experience with my last order(delivery... took over 15 mins from a store right down the road, and the side of ranch didn?t even make it alive), I thought it was just aone-off bad day for someone and was able to give them the benefit of a doubt. Today, I ordered a sandwich with chips and didn'treceive the chips. All of my colleagues also stated that service has gone down the drain lately. I've decided I won't beordering from this Jimmy Johns again until I've received some sort of feedback about what management plans to do to correct therampant issues. Read more
