This store closes an entire half day early 50 percent of the time I go here. It?s been like this for months. How have they not... figured out the problem yet? Be sure to call before coming here. They will literally be closed randomly before 3pm quiteoften. Update: The area manager did reach out to me to help address my concerns and I appreciate them trying to resolve. Just wanted to say thank you to the woman working the cash register last Monday night. We placed an order online and didn?t... realize until I arrived that we?d mistakenly ordered from the wrong location across town. She was so sweet and helped me fix theissue, even offering to call the other location for me so I didn?t need to do it. I was having a really rough day dealing with adeath in the family and that act of kindness meant so much. And the food was great as well :) Read more
My office is literally right around the corner from Jimmy John's. I ordered at sandwich at a little after 1. A half hour goes... by, no sandwich. We called back, they said, "yours is next to go out". 15 more minutes, no sandwich. We called back, findout the driver hadn't even picked it up yet. I cancelled my order. I understand getting drivers and labor is difficult rightnow. If you only have one driver, mention it! Please Be honest with your customers. If it is going to be 45min to an hour, tellme. I could have picked up my sandwich. A little curtesy to the customer if you are falling behind. I'm reluctant to orderfrom them again. Read more
Ordered online and drove to the store to pickup my order. It ended up taking almost half an hour after I ordered before my... sandwich was ready, but while I waited outside I noticed at least 4 people walk in, order at the counter, and receive theirsandwiches while I was still waiting. I walked inside to confront the cashier at that point, and ask if my order had gottenlost or if I needed to wait at the counter to have my order "prioritized" the same way I just witnessed. He shrugged hisshoulders, offered me a free drink, and then bumped my ticket from whatever dark hole it had been in to the top of their queue.My sandwich was finished about 90 seconds later. It seems like this location does not make the orders in the same order inwhich they came in. So you have to be sure to walk inside and make your presence known in order to get helped. Read more
You can eat inside and even though they do not have the option to toast the sandwiches, their sandwiches are very tasty and... good. They have a great crew working together, and they are friendly. They do a very good job making the sandwiches and they payattention to the orders. They have good, affordable choices and it is easy to pick sandwiches without things that you do notwant on them.
