Tried Jersey Mike's for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. The fresh bread was delicious. The bread itself, for the... "gigantic" was more than a foot long, standard 12".While there aren't many accompaniments to choose from for the sandwiches, itis fresh and you receive an ample amount (fixing and meat) on the sandwich. Most sandwiches come with white american cheese, but can easily be substituted with other cheese; I chose provolone on my philly cheesesteak. The steak was cooked fresh toorder. Great! The other sandwich ordered was ham and cheese. Also fresh sliced ham and fresh sliced cheese. ..... My biggestcomplaint here is that the ham and cheese were sliced on the same slicer without being wiped or cleaned in between. In allfairness, I did see the employee clean the slicer after the person in front of us completed their order. ... Still he's slicingmeat and cheese on same apparatus and wrapping the items up to be restored for next use.... 'Cross-contamination' came to mind.2 full-sized sandwiches, 1 small bag of chips, 1 cookie, and 2 large fountain drinks came up to a little over $40. So, it is alittle pricey. However, the sandwiches were good and I was able to split between two meals. The photos show only 1/2 sandwich. The store was clean, empty, what would be expected for a small sandwich shop, I guess. I haven't decided if I would try again. Read more

I always like the food here. There's a good variety and they are usually fairly generous with the meats and fixings. It's more... expensive than something like Jimmy John's, but the food is also VASTLY superior. Read more

Jersey Mikes is one of my favorite sub shops and my sub was absolutely delicious! However the store was disgusting and... cluttered. The shoot that the ice comes out of had mold all on the inside. I didn?t even get any ice for my drink. Everyemployee had ear buds in and the cook on the grill was even on the phone the entire time we were dining in. After the rush wasover only one person swept and cleaned while the other proceeded to be on their phone and one even sat down on the tables wheredelivery orders are staged. The back counter was cluttered with personal belongings and personal cups without lids. It was purelaziness from the staff. The store was just run down and not a good image for Jersey Mike?s as a brand. A good detailed lookinto this store by corporate is a must! Read more

I don't make many reviews but I felt compelled to make this review because all we ever hear on the news etc is how the... service/food industry is slacking and how employees don't seem to care etc. Let me just tell you yesterday when I had a shortlunch break I stopped by and I was greeted by such a friendly hardworking staff! I was blown away about how they were soattentive to every customer including myself in the midst of being so busy!! That staff was a total team!! Truly was a greatexperience Read more

We had a very pleasant experience at the 43rd Street location in Gainesville last night. The staff were friendly and very... professional. My wife and stopped in on the way to the movies and were in a bit of a hurry. The 2 gentlemen and lady workingthere greeted us as if we were regular customers. I especially want to mention that Stacy, the lady, was so personable andcheerful. The sandwiches were amazing. I especially like the Philly and even though they make it fresh, we got them fast andwere on our way to the theater in no time. Would definitely recommend this location. Read more

Jersey Mikes is just a sub place and they make subs but that?s about all. They have 4 bread options (white, wheat, whole grain,... and parmasean/rosemary). They have combos but seemingly no way to build your own sub (I tried asking but employee said they onlyknow meat / number) The prices are pretty high, with a sub costing around $10, with a ?giant? being 15. A giant is truthfullynot that large a sub, especially for the price point. It?s probably a bit larger than a foot long, but there?s a limited numberof toppings. The bread was also a little stale . Customer service otherwise though was great and the workers seemed veryfriendly! If you?re looking for a place to grab a traditional sub, by all means stop by. If you?re looking for elevated subs orsomething new, go elsewhere. Read more

This place has great tasting subs and are quick too. Their customer service is not so good. The staff only knows how to take... orders but not much after that. The sandwich maker even put my bacon down on a non clean surface and put it back on my sandwich, just to put sauce on the inner part of the bread Read more

Stopped by one Jersey Mike's and they didn't have gluten free bread thawed but they called another local one to check. Drove... there and had great service. I know it is some extra work because I need everything separated but the employees were soaccommodating! Cheerful, friendly staff at both locations. Read more
