I got a hot vanilla latte and it was great! They didn't over power the espresso with flavoring or milk. The decor is really cute... and super welcoming for studying, working, or a chat with friends. Prices are fairly comparable to Starbucks or slightlycheaper. They also have single-origin beans. I look forward to coming here more often! Read more

The owners I think wanted to start their own boutique coffee shop but they weren't sure how they'd do with all the Starbucks... stores around here. Well, is say they hit their target. Whether it beats Starbucks isn't something they can control. This shopis nice, clean, and maybe even classy. It has good new equipment and furnishings. The coffee is carefully made with a bit morecare than at Starbucks but also with more effort.. The little shop is already too small for the customers that came by justminutes after opening. That's my only gripe, that they're filled easily. But the others couldn't have known. . Read more
I?m a fellow barista who works at another coffee place but I stopped in to try here and I?m not disappointed! The staff as very... friendly and sweet. Prices are pretty reasonable and they helped my mom order her drink. Their pastries are very filling andexcellent for the price. It was a lot of fun watching them make the drinks. So happy that one of my favorite Orlando coffee chains came to Gainesville! I only wish this location was larger because this... was one of my favorite study spots. Also, I can't pinpoint what it is, but the coffee tastes slightly different. The aftertasteis more sour than I remember and I missed the latte art. If there is Buddy Brew in Tampa, there is Foxtail in Orlando. I am very happy that Foxtail is now open in Gainesville. Whenever... I traveled to Orlando for better restaurants, i went to Foxtail for better coffee. Currently, along with Opus, Foxtail offersthe best quality coffee in Gaineaville. Just try basic items like ice latte with oat milk. It's much better than Starbucks,Dunkins and local places like Coffee culture. Read more
The cafe con leche with condensed milk is phenomenal. Add lavendar or honey and cinnomon to take it up a notch. The coffee is... smooth and not bitter. Clean space, great decor. Seating is highly limited (2 tables for two, an 8-person bar, and 2 leatherchairs), so arrive early if you plan to chat with a friend or study! The coffee is pricier than other places, but the qualityis superior. I always to prefer more local roasters above big corporations like Starbucks or Dunkin' Donuts! Read more
