Came for lunch, after the rush...ordered and then waited over 30 minutes while watching customers that arrived after we ordered... get their food before we walked out. So can't rate their food as we never got any. When asked what was going on, our serverwent back to the kitchen to check and came out with food for the table next to us for a couple that came in at least 30 minutesafter us. When asked for the manager the server disappeared and we had to track one down, sending four staff members back to thekitchen before the kitchen manager appeared. Apparently the floor manager was MIA. Or couldn't be bothered. Will be a long timebefore this review will get revisited and updated. Don't recommend darkening the establishment's door at least until they haveworked out the kinks. Read more

I ordered a brisket burger. When I opened my burger, it hardly had any brisket and the very little that it did have was... basically fat. I mentioned it to my server and he was polite and understanding and said he would bring me some more brisket toadd to my burger. He comes back a few minutes later saying that he was sorry but that I could not have any brisket unless Ipurchase my burger again because he was told that they measure the exact portions of the brisket. I was so disappointed to thepoint that it ruined my appetite. Also when we got there they told us there was a 20 minute wait, which was fine. After waiting35 minutes, we went to check and you could hear the employees talking about how we were suppose to be seated before a couplethat had just walked with no wait time. Amazing place. Definitely wish we made a reservation. We sat at the bar instead so we didn't have to wait. Hannah at the outside... bar was absolutely amazing and I thought she was management at first, by how she was just on top of everything. Good start, New Restaurant. Prices are reasonable, Food is well prepared. Brisket has great flavor, was a bit dried out. Swiss... mushroom, burger was good. , First week open and they were already out of the apple crumb dessert. Bathroom,z functional,But. Men's room all three standing stalls were not functional,. Nothing special. Had the mushroom swiss burger, medium rare. Meat tastes fairly bland and a bit tough, the bread was chewy and... soggy. The cheese was cold and not melted. All in all, I wouldn't crave it. The cloth napkin around the cutlery had a funkysmell. But the place is really nice, and the decor is cool, open and welcoming. Read more

Dropped in to grab a pork barbecue mac and cheese. It's not even close to what I've been served at other locations. It was a... real disappointment. With that said, both the beer cheese dip and service were great. Will return again in hopes of finding anew favorite dish. Read more
