Worse run firehouse I have been at. 1st time I went for lunch I had a long wait but it had just opened this location so I... figured I would give them another chance and the 2nd time was even worse. No one in the restaurant had there food and onecustomer got a refund because he had been there so long waiting for his order. Some of use only get one hour for lunch and needto get back to work. They said they had a big online order but you still need to take care of the people in front of you. Hopethey get it figured out. Read more
Efficient staff it was pretty busy in the driver thru but it didn't take to long for us to get our food inside.
The drive-thru is a bit of a mess at the moment, but ordering inside is a perfectly reasonable alternative. Got my sub at a... reasonable speed, the interior is well laid out, and the only downside is that the cashier seemed super out of it. Probably justgrowing pains. Read more
Ordered through the drive through and it took almost an hour....the staff is disorganized like a b, dude taking our order... literally couldn't remember what was just said to him...kept having to repeat both the item and size multiple times, a dozenpeople ordering in the lobby and leaving while the drive through line sits stationary... Just came into the firehouse sub for the first time since they been open in this location. Started with a terrible greeting. In... fact I wasn't even greeted kind of got a dirty look and was told to come this way. Anyway whoever's putting these people inmanagement positions because she was a manager she had a red shirt on. Have to start choosing these positions off their work andtheir customer service. Will not be back to this location. Very sad cuz I enjoy Firehouse Sub very much. Read more
Food was ok but service was terrible. No one at the counter when I walked in. Had to get someone from the back to help me. Tea... in the seating area was empty and no one was interested in filling it. I went a few months previous and it wasn't this bad. Read more
