I generally order the same thing every time. A toasted bagel w/cream cheese. The only issues I have ever had was a consistency... issue. Sometimes it would be toasted, others not. Sometimes a lot of cream cheese, others hardly any. To stop that fromhappening I now order my bagel toasted w/cream cheese on the side. So on the rare occasion it not toasted now, I can do it atwork. I love Dunkin and the employees they hire are pretty great. I unfortunately was very dissatisfied to hear that the manager cliff... at the Dunkin location on 13th will not be providing large waters even if we are offering to pay. I asked them to charge me acoffee but give me water instead which they didn?t want to do. I could have asked for 3 small waters and that would be moreexpensive than the 1 large cup I originally wanted. I live in Florida and it?s in the middle of summer on one of the hottestdays and I have been moving items out of a storage unit with my family all day. All I wanted was a large water so I didn?t passout. I hope as a company, you guys will allow your customers to purchase a large water if they want it. Read more
Walked in there was no line but still waited several minutes. When asked if I needed help I said why else would I be standing... here.. Was informed every employee was assigned to drive thru. Was served burned old hash browns. Asked for fresh ones and wasgiven the same hash browns just greasier. Read more
Beware! I was served a Strawberry Coolata with pieces of a plastic bag shredded inside my cup. Singular most heinous service I... have ever encountered!
