We love Dunkin'!!! The staff was extremely friendly and were awesome taking my kiddos orders.
We typically order on the app and pickup via drive-thru. There was one day when there were many cars in the drive-thru, so she... ran inside and they accommodated her with zero issues. Our orders are always completed correctly and quickly. They will makesuggestions that are appropriate to what we're ordering if it isn't via the app. They communicate quickly in regards to anynecessary substitutions. I have been a loyal customer of Dunkin Donuts and particularly this location. There are several female employees that are always... very nice and helpful. Dylan has always been helpful as well. After my last few experiences at other locations and now today atthis location, I will no longer be spending my money with this company. For the quality and now higher prices, I may as welljust go to Starbucks. All the employees working on 10/29/22 at 2pm should all find other jobs outside of customer service. Theyall clearly hate working there and as a customer who understands the difficulty of dealing with people day in and day out, all Ireally expect is someone to look up and say, "How can I help you?"
