This is definitely the best Dominoz in Gainesville, way better service that the one on 13ST. The parking spaces can be improved... and added for better experience, but in general the pizza was good and the service was nice. I?ll make this go to pizza store inGnv. More deals please ;) Read more
I went in to use my Groupon coupon. I used one before and the manager walked me through it and had my pizza ordered immediately.... Today was a different story. Ashley the so-called manager refused to help me and told me I have to figure it out myself. I stoodthere at the counter for over 15 minutes trying to figure out how to order. One of the guys trying to help but he didn?t knowhow to do it. I told him if you had a good manager she would help the customer. I ordered extra cheese and half of the pizza hadbig bubbles on it with no cheese. Ashley had her kid there and she was more worried about her kid than customers. The pizza wasdisgusting and that just really disappoints me because Domino?s was my favorite pizza. Ashley needs a training course on how tobe a manager. She was very rude And sarcastic.
