The patties are cooked perfectly and super... flavorful, the buns are grilled and hold together well, proportions of other toppings are on point. Service is friendly andthere can be a wait for food. We stumbled onto this truck by accident and I could not be happier that we did. We got a double vegan all the way and a single... vegan with vegan bacon. I honestly think it was the best burger I’ve ever had. The sauce was super tasty and the part was thinand crispy. Definitely will be coming back soon and often! Read more
Literally the best burgers in Gainesville HANDS DOWN!! Honestly I can even list this from a top burger that I’ve ever had.... There is nothing that I love more than a smash burger and this place is legit on them! We got the loaded fries and two burgerswith 2 patties which was just right since the patties are thin. I would recommend definitely getting 2 patties minimum. Thequality of their food is outstanding. The ingredients were quality, the flavors, the freshness, the presentation, the phenomenalcustomer service. I could just go on and on about this place. They guys were so nice and genuine, honestly the best serviceI’ve gotten. You can tell they really love what they do and it shows in their food. I’m honestly shocked this place isblowing up everyday but they easily deserve best food in Gainesville award. Please come here, you will not regret it. Anddon’t forget to pick yourself up a bottle of their homemade pickles, I’ve just been snacking on them and I can’t getenough. really great burgers ! definitely recommend getting a double (with cheese, personally) because the patties are a little thin but... they’re really flavorful. we got two burgers and an order of dirty fries, which were excellent. the house sauce is amazing,very much recommend it !! really good quality food, super satisfying, and they have topo chico here which is perfect to have w/the burgers. def recommend !! As a foodie myself, I certainly respect and appreciate a great local burger spot, but have never found myself outright craving... burgers until I tried DJ’s. Since the first time I went, I find myself day dreaming about their burgers weekly. The amount offlavor packed into these burgers is incredible. No topping is out of place and the burger itself is a work of art. The staff isincredibly friendly, helpful, and the type of people you want to support. Their “dirty” fries are a must have!
