I have been coming here for a while. My hands down favorite server is Ms.Patricia and Mr.Sherman makes the best chocolate... pancakes ever. Today Mr.Sherman didn?t put a smiley face made out of chocolate chips on my pancakes so I said something to himgiving him a hard time. He made me a new smiley face. This is a great family friendly restaurant. I really like coming here tostudy after my classes. These are people who treat you like family and want you to enjoy your meal. My mom was hungry for breakfast so we found this place still serving breakfast in the afternoon. We didn't have to wait to be... seated. Our breakfast was served very quickly after ordering it. Went here for mother's Day brunch. I've eaten here many times before but only for lunch. This was the first time eating... breakfast. Totally not impressed. Ordered the pecan waffle, it had minimal pecans in it and lacked any real flavor at all. I waspresented with no butter and a very thin, watery syrup. I also ordered the biscuits and gravy, which would have been okay, hadthe biscuit not been really tough to cut through. A member of our party ordered the Philly cheese steak omelette, which camewith hash browns and a biscuit. One of the options on the menu was to add jalapenos for an additional 75 cents so she requestedthem to be added to both the hash browns and the omelette. When the plate arrived there were no jalapenos on either item plusThe Omelette was sitting in a pool of oil, like literally at least a tablespoon. When she brought it to the waitressesattention, the waitress went back to the kitchen and soon reappeared with a very small sauce dish of sliced jalapenos to beplaced on both the hash browns and omelette. We had half and half tea to drink, which was not very good, it was bitter and therewas no evidence of any sweetener. The only good part in the entire experience is that they have fantastic waitresses. She wasvery attentive and brought stuff when asked quickly. Overall the breakfast is a huge disappointment. I will continue to go backbut only for lunch. They offer daily specials both for breakfast and lunch and they also have a homemade dessert everyday, whichis great. The prices are very reasonable.
