By far the worst Chipotle experience I?ve had. My online order was exactly on time so no issues there. However my burrito was... less than half full and split down the middle with ingredients spilling out into the wrap. Picture is what it looked like when Iopened it. Looks really appetizing?not. Also the burrito itself tasted ?off?? I can?t really describe it but the ingredientsjust tasted badly. Will not be returning to this location again. Read more

Just as the most recent reviews have said, this is THE WORST CHIPOTLE LOCATION YOU?LL PROBABLY GO TO. I?ve ordered here two... times in the past months and in both cases the experience has been horrible, for different reasons. The first one, you can seein the attached picture. I ordered through the app and they took 20 minutes more than the pickup time. The amount and quality ofthe bowl was laughable. Imagine going home hungry to open your food and seeing this. Smallest portions I?ve ever seen and theygot almost everything wrong (I ordered extra fajita veggies and they gave me zero, just so you have an idea). The second timewas today, I walked in to order in person since the app order was a fiasco. Line took 20 minutes and when my food was served,the register apparently broke down. They kept us there waiting for about 40 minutes with NO solution, until somebody asked if wecould pay through the app and just have the food and that?s what we did. The line took around half an hour, and the food area was repulsive. I was absolutely disgusted. This what I imagine a prison... cafeteria look like, not a place where I would pay $24 for two meals. Also this is cross contamination. What if crosscontaminated food went to someone with allergies? The only reason I didn?t just walk out was because I had someone with me. Ijust tried to imagine that I didn?t see what I saw while eating. I know they are probably very understaffed and need help. Oneof the photos I took shows a huge pile of dirty dishes. My suggestion is that the team stops with orders for like 10 minutesevery other hour to clean the line and the dishes, or at least put a barrier between the food and the customer so they do nothave to see the mess. Also the person who put on the toppings gave me a life supply of corn. ???? I was trying to not crack uplaughing while eating because what I mostly taste in this bowl is corn. Read more

They didn't even smash the avocado... This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Ordered online after a long day at work,... only to get stuck in traffic for about 20 minutes and arrive to the staff having thrown my order out because "I took too long."So I had to wait for them to remake my order, completely defeating the purpose of ordering online. I get home to finally enjoymy meal, only for their overpriced, mediocre guacamole to not even be guacamole at all, but instead, a solid half of an avocado,littered with tough, leftover skin. What an awful experience, choose a different Chipotle if you can. Read more

update 1/27/22: We have started going to the Chipotle on University Ave and WOW, is it SO much better. We actually get full... bowls and the "extra" portions we ask for! The customer service, food portions, and food quality are so, SO much better. Nevercoming back to this Chipotle lol refer to the photos to see what this Chipotle considers to be "extra" rice, "extra" cheese, and"extra" lettuce. Laughable I've always ordered from this restaurant, but lately I've been waiting at least 30 minutes over myselected pickup time to get my food. Rotations of people come and go through the long line before my pickup food is ready.Order/queue time of service needs better priority management. There are more people in the restaurant waiting for their pickupfood than people actually dining in the restaurant. Disappointing. I hope things can improve bc the workers are really sweet Read more

It?s chipotle, you know what you?re getting into. They processed my chicken bowl efficiently and weren?t even that skimpy with... the portions. I did like that they didn?t seem to complain about me asking for double everything (salsa, fajita mix). Taste isconsistent and i?d definitely come back. Read more

I went to chipotle today and my experience went well. The line went pretty fast, tables were clean, the servers were friendly,... and everyone was wearing a mask. When I ordered my food, they worked a little too fast but they still managed to get everythingright. My meal was hot when I got home and ate it. The flavors at Chipotle are always consistent, which is one of my favoritethings about them. Overall, I give this a 4 star rating because of how efficient everything went. I didn?t get my 5 star ratingbecause their serving area was very messy. Read more
