I have ate here 3 times in two weeks and ordered the same thing. 2 out of 3 times my English muffin has been burnt. Chick-fil-a messed my order up for the first time in my entire life today LOL. I was super upset because I was hangryyyy haha. I... did a huge order for my coworkers and i but my oder happened to be the order that was incorrect. I called and they not only madeeverything right, one of the workers brought the food to my job because my job is so close. Do I really need to write a review? I mean, it's Chick-fil-A! Staff is always courteous, food is always delicious (chicken was a... little dark this time), the friendliness makes up for it! I just wish the lemonade wasn't $12 a gallon, and the shrirachi saucewas available in stores. Read more
This Chik-fil-a team is a well-oiled machine. They have their service model down to a science. Always quick with in store... orders, mobile orders, and pick-up service. Never met a worker at this location having a bad day. I would pick going to thislocation over any of the locations on UF?s campus. Read more
Would give ten stars if I could. This team, at least the closing team, constantly gives great service and displays a good... attitude even with people walking in 2 minutes before close. I?ve been a chick fil a employee before, so I know how annoying itis. I got stuck in traffic with a mobile order already placed, and had to come in around 9:50. Usually you can tell when workersresent you for walking in late. Really refreshing to be treated well even despite being one of ?those? customers. Read more
Location is difficult to navigate if you haven?t been. Parking is extremely limited for carry out. Service took way longer than... other Chick-fil-A locations. Food was good and served with their typical customer service. Worth mentioning I ordered around 8pmhoping to avoid a crowd. Read more
This was the first time I tried their Mac and cheese and it definitely met up to what I was expecting. The location is super... convenient for UF students and the service was fast, friendly, and efficient. The new Mac is good and so are those delightfulchocolate chip cookies. I?ll come back again because it?s 100% better than the one at the Hub. Also, we love chick fil a andthe principles they stand for, and the values they stick to.
