They have 2 lanes 1 for ordering and 1 for mobile pick up order my food arrived at 1050 was suppose to be done at 1055 didn't... get our food til almost 1115 and it was fries only. They didn't even come to the window to ask what our name was for 15minutesand tried to hand us someone else's food. Not worth the wait so much for the convenience of ordering ahead. Read more
Good food, burgers and frys, wanted a shake didn't have any. Not the best burgers, really like the frys as long as there good... and hot. Disappointed they didn't have shakes,but everything's better homemade any way. But a descent place while you're outand about. Read more
Customer service rep was awesome did a good job and was super prompt. But what looked like the manager had come from outside... didn't wash his hands and was rubbing his face and pulling up his pants. Thank goodness I only got a milkshake today because Isurely wouldn't have wanted him to make my food! Read more
Went here 2+ times a week. Work close by. Had a bad experience with food and long wait time. So been a few months and wanted to... try again and a moldy $10 burger meal is what I get. So, needless to say, think I?m done? forever. Read more
Every time I come here it takes me about 30 to 45 minutes to have my order and leave I do not understand why the walk-up... customers are always the last to be served please give me a good explanation on why is this way and not an excuse I love thefood but not the wait. I arrived at 2:35 p.m. here it is I placed my order at 2:55 p.m. and here it is 3:10 p.m. still waitingfor my food. And when I arrive at home miles away I ordered a large fry and this is what my large fry looks like.... here I amback at checkers I decided to take the drive-thru this time I have been here for 30 and I still have two vehicles in front of mewhy have they not fix this issue. on 10/19/2020 I returned to checkers to place a order evidently their standards have went downsaw two employees with their pants sagging way down to the point to where I could see their undergarments I came to place anorder not to be disgusted by that site Read more
Big Buford was a great tasting hamburger, double patties and the works, fries were hot and good. Loved it.
