I wish I could give four and a half stars, because Bento isn't the BEST Asian food around. But in terms of variety and value,... it's pretty great. I'm especially fond on the crab cheese wontons, and the bulgogi is always good. The zombie roll wasn't asawesome as I'd hoped, but overall I always enjoy Bento. Definitely good food for the price. Offering a variety choices on the menu, my group ordered everything from sushi to lo main Bowls. All were excellent.
Hostess was rude . I ordered Tempura shrimp and got shrimp rice bowl which was not so good, very bland. No offer to make it... right. Only said tempura shrimp was discontinued but could make me some which would take a while. So, why was it still on themenu? Don?t think I will be coming back here. Read more

There seemed to be a lot of staff but little work going on. I ordered with 3 other people. When they had their food and were... almost done, I went to look for mine. They were "working" on it as they stood around talking. Then they started preparing thefood while I waited at the counter. The food was fine. Just not used to waiting so long for this type of food with the smallnumber of patrons in the store. Read more
I was very disappointed with the Sushi we received at Bento. I was looking for a quality place and the Bento in Royal Park Plaza... was recommended. While I'm all for anyone learning to prepare different cuisines; Sushi is NOT one of them. It takes many yearsperfecting this skill. Never should there be a young American woman, or man, preparing this for customers. Practice at home! Theingredient to rice ratio was totally wrong. And so was the size, 2 were California rolls and 2 were Tuna with Avocado,Cucumbers, and Cream cheese - 8 pieces per container(see photos). I will never go again, nor recommend. Extremely disappointed.I could have gone to Publix where it is so much better. Read more
