Always either rude staff or wrong order. I love arbys but I'm not going to this location anymore. Also last visit I was charged... $10 for my order and I had another charge of $3 that hasnt gone away yet so that is sketchy. Read more

First of all, this place was so slow that the front counter was littered with unhappy people, one of them filming the guy in... back SLOWLY assembling the food and even more slowly wrapping it. Second off, the food was ice cold and you guys owe me 25$.Third, please discontinue the wagyu burger. It's awful. You aren't ready to enter the arena of the king of sandwiches, lad. I went today after work. The employyees were a behind with orders, which is understandable on a friday. I had no problems with... the mame manager. My problem was that the employees under him would not listen to him and he had to run back to male lemonade,and other things. Why would the employees he asked to make lemonade help him out? If the lazy, loud female worker under him wasto get fired everything would go better. Head up manager. Get new employees. Things will get better. Read more
