Great service. Very polite and professional. I was the only person in the drive through, food was ready quickly, warm, and most... importantly, presentable. Went to Arby?s on Newberry Rd and got the Turkey bacon ranch sandwich. This is normally my favorite sandwich and the only thing... I buy from Arby?s. I was literally given a sandwich with 2 half slices of meat on it!!! When I spoke with the manager, herefused to fix it and made excuses. Will never patronize Arby?s again!!! Where's the meat? French Dips with little meat. Way more concerned about the coupon expiration date.Hate to be made to feel your... being a nuisance.They shave the beef to thick,I've asked for it to be shaved thin and the guy in the back gets loud saying it'salready thin.One middle age or above was working the counter on day.I told him I get the half pound and if it's thick I throw itout...alot he went back and sliced it very thin was great,thank you for that.Havent seen him since to much care for customerservice I suppose. Ok they are open to start with... very friendly and nice staff. Food was better than most Arby's. Very clean place, ofcource... still has the new smell to it... It has the usual Arby's stuff. Concidering the location it might be a better option than otherfair around the area. And as per a previous reviews about hobos living in the back that is simply not true, see the pics. Read more
