Today I tried Satch Squared's Gluten Free Square and holy moly it did not disappoint. Gluten free pizza is usually on a super... thin crust which is fine but to have a deep dish pizza option is next level. It was super crispy around the edges and soft inthe middle. I may have wept. I didn't choose the gluten free life, it chose me. So, on that note, a BIG thank you to SatchSquared for reminding me what real pizza tastes like! Read more

Nice variety of food here, with a very chill yet socialy warm environment. Once in a while there will be a pop up food truck... event that's absolutely incredible. Food is a bit pricey here but you will be paying for quality. Read more
Totally enjoyed a beautiful day here this past weekend. Ordered yummy pizza from Satch Squared and a fantastic dirty chai tea... from Opus Coffee.. both were very tasty! My pizza was the garden with super fresh veggies.. took a photo of the very popular???? pepperoni pizza ..highly recommend checking this place out! You order and can sit in the large wooded courtyard or on thepatio of one of the restaurants.. some have inside seating too. Read more
Came here because of Humble Wood bagels and discovered everything else here. Was so happy to find this spot. Opus Coffee was... amazing. Lots of food options. Excellent outdoor area to eat and hang out. Where else can you eat in an old Flowers bread truck?Glad to see their is still some original non-corporate areas in Gainesville. Read more
I USED TO SPEND SO MUCH MONEY, AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. One of the owners, (Mark) was super nice to me, too, (once, when I called... about not being able to taste the garlic on my pizzas.) Unfortunately, though, that's where the niceness stopped. Here's whathappened: I ALWAYS ordered garlic, red onion and basil, on my pizzas, and could NEVER taste the garlic on the pizzas, (OR theone, or two, slice(s) of red onion, for that matter.) SO, I was told by Nathan, (bright orange,????"Joker" hair, and a,"so-called manager,") to, "Tell them, ON THE PHONE, when ordering, you 'like a lot of garlic,' on your pizzas." So, I did JUSTTHAT, the next time I called in, to order my pizzas. You can imagine my surprise, when I WAS INFORMED, WITH, ABSOLUTELY, NOWARNING, AT ALL, that I would be charged double price, for my pizza toppings! I could have understood it, HAD I HAD BEENFOREWARNED ON THE PHONE, (WHEN PLACING MY ORDER,) and had some choice in the matter, OR, if they had just said, "NEXT TIME,UNFORTUNATELY, one of the owners said that, I'm going to 'need to charge you double price for' the (so called 'extra')garlic." Well, not so... Rather than keeping my patronage, and being nice, they, VERY rudely, INSISTED ON charging me OVER$35.00, for their little, tiny pizza. I swore, I would NEVER GO BACK THERE, AGAIN, and I never will, all because of beingtreated SO RUDELY, by Nathan, and some other, dark colored, long-haired guy, (the one who should have, INITIALLY, warned me onthe phone,) with a baseball cap, that said, "her/she" pronouns. They were BOTH, SO RUDE TO ME. They wouldn't even warn me,ONCE, and basically, COULDN'T HAVE CARED LESS, that I was so upset over the matter!! SO, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED, SAD AND ANGRY,at this point. Very tasty but quite a long wait for waffles. I really like the open-air vibe and the outdoor seating but I wonder why the... waffles are so expensive? The bacon is $1 per strip. The coffee next door is quick and excellent; comparable toStarbucks. Despite the price and the wait, I will probably return. Read more
