First time eating here, food is fresh, tasty and well prepared. Wait staff are attentive without being intrusive. We had the... chicken tenders and a Philly steak sandwich. Both were served hot and in a timely manner. Was quite busy but the food is theattraction. They do a big takeout business as well. Give Helen's a try. Read more

Open faced roast beef is my favorite. Had the chocolate cobbler for the 1st time..so so good. The remodel is nice. Looks great.

I have been to several hometown feels diners, but I have never been that big on them. Helen's has changed my mind, I've had the... burgers, the onion petals, cheese sticks, fried squash and okra (which I don't normally eat), country steak, chocolate pie,coconut pie, and banana pudding. Everything, I mean Everything down to the sweet tea, is absolutely phenomenal, and well withinprice range of affordable. I will continue to pass on the wonderful features of this pleasant little place and recommend tomany. Thank you for wonderful service and food. Read more
