We came at 1:10am and we were helped by an African American middle aged man we think his name was Ashley R (not sure?). He was... so nice and accommodating and patient with us. I love going to this Taco Bell. They are always friendly and the food is always fresh! When you ask for extra on your food they... actually put extra on it The only negative is that I wish they would put more cheese in their cup for the nacho fries. I didn'teven get half a cup lol. Read more
Just tried to go through the drive thru at 11am and was told they were ?down for the next 15 minutes?. No signage. Parking lot... looks decently full. Annoyed Read more
GM was there and only cared about drive thru and doordash orders. No taking care of the customers inside. The lady that was... taking orders on the Frontline also had to prepare the food for orders that she took on the Frontline. She was delightful butthe GM needs understand that the customers in the store are important as the customers outside the store. Read more

Managers require that the drive thru cars "wait in front and we'll bring it out to you," but when there are already 2 cars... waiting and you see another car or 2 behind you being told ALSO to "pull forward to the front and we'll bring it out to you" itbecomes not just ridiculous, but pretty clear that they're trying to lie about and fudge their reporting numbers to higher-upsabout how long the wait times are that cars are spending waiting on their food. There shouldn't ever be more than one car"waiting in the front" for them to "bring it out to you," let alone three or four at a time, just in the effort to crank throughpeople. After been a customer for over 4yrs at this taco branch , today at 430pm a lady couldn?t sell me food because she claims that... she doesn?t understand my accent. So sad to experience such discrimination but still drove some 2 miles to another Taco andbought the food. So sad. Read more
