Be prepared to wait...wait to order & wait to be served your food. I like that this location is close to where I live, but... dislike the consistent long waits and go as a last resort. Plus, a few times, back to back, the prepared order was wrong fromthe requested food. Horrible staff who don?t take work seriously, I had an online mobile order and had to wait at the window for about 20 cars to go... through drive through while I stood and waited. Upon asking why it took so long they told me they?re waiting on fries, thebegin to laugh?however I saw them hand my fry to another bag to serve the drive through. I don?t think people like this deserveto work at a place that is based on customer service. Read more
The morning shift is great the evening shift is an entirely different story. I'm not sure if they have a manager but if they do... they need replaced. The workers forgot to turn their headset off after telling me to hold ( not asking telling) then theyproceeded to argue and curse . All the while I'm waiting to get my order taken. No cars where left but me I finally just left.Another time they said walk up was closed but they was serving what seemed to be friends just fine. HORRIBLE- do yourself a favor and drive 5 mins to any other location. I had to get out of my car just to get the attendant to... take the order of the man in front of me at the drive thru. I then finally ordered and reconfirmed my order at the window justto be sent home with two completely wrong sandwiches. $20 basically thrown away on something that should be easy. Horrible Service.. They Messed up my order.. Item was missing. They told me I wasn't charged for it and I would have to go all... the way to the back of the line because it was considered an add on. How is it an ad on if I ordered before I got to thewindow??? The Manager or whoever it was messed up the order NOT me, so why am I getting inconvenienced for a mistake they made.No apology or anything. I try not make a big deal of things, stuff happens, but it was just there attitude. They weren't helpingat all and took no accountability. Read more
0 stars if possible, the managers were super rude because they messed up my order and started a scene in front of my kids. I... started calm but then I lost my temper when they came at my kids sideways who had nothing to do with anything. she told me tomove and I refused, she told me she would call the cops if I didn't move and and I stayed right in my place not moving an inchnon the less, if you know your laws you know it's a bluff, and no crime was committed. she finally gave in and gave me my foodwhich by the way had spit on it. I usually would not care, but when you make my children uncomfortable and look at them withhostility and start yelling at children who just asked a question, when they have nothing to do with it , that's when I becomeangry and they're lucky I didn't mop the floor with all of them in there. Not only did you mess with my children but you spat inmy food which is assault. I prefer the location on S. Hamilton next to the Kroger....better in every way. Our order was about $30 nuggets were cold and... rubbery and they did not make the burgers as instructed. My daughter actually cried when she discovered how melty her McFlurrywas but by that time I did not want to turn around.... Read more
No stars, terrible service. What?s the point of two lanes if one never gets serviced? I got skipped by three cars when the car... in the other lane told them that they still told them to order. Hopefully, whoever reads this chooses the lucky lane. Read more
