Last week I ordered a Beach Club sub without mayo and cheese. They delivered it and it was wrong. I called back & they delivered... the sandwich had NO meat! I ordered a Beach Club sub again today because they gave me a $20 credit. The sandwich was deliveredto the wrong suite and had no meat on it. I called them and told them what happened. The guy apologized and said a correct subwould be delivered and it NEVER was. The owner and the employees of this store should be embarresed by their horrible customerservice. Has got to be one of the worst Jimmy John's locations in Columbus. Takes two hours to get it delivered. You go in to the store... and they tell you they are only fulfilling delivery orders. Just terrible. Read more
Food is as expected for JJs. Problem is with customer service. Ordered a single sandwich for delivery. Office is located about a... mile from the store. Took over an hour and a half to get it delivered. Even drove over after it had been 45 minutes. They saidthe sandwich was out for delivery and would be there in 5 minutes. Didn't offer an apology, an explanation or really anything.Had to wait another 45 minutes before I even got my sandwich. When you slogan is freaky fast, and your website says it is outfor delivery 20 minutes after you order, and your food is still over an hour away, might be time to rethink either your slogan,or your delivery windows. Even ordering online doesn't help . Ordered specifics on my sandwich IN the app paid IN the app so it would be ready when I got... there and it would be made correctly. I was so WRONG . First I get there gave it 15 minutes from the time I ordered onlineuntil i headed to the shop still had to wait inline then get home and the extra I paid for NOT on my sandwich at all but by thistime they had already taken my money and I was back at home at work. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE overall . My advice check your orderBEFORE you leave the store and the order ahead just not worth it doesn't save you time if they didn't make your sandwich ordidn't make it correctly. I ordered trough Doodash and when the food came I saw the bag was outside my porch torn in half the sandwich was thrown out the... bag and one of the cookies was just and empty bag. Later I went to the site to call them and realize the store was closed I feelbad for ordering late I had no idea I thought it was coming from the Jimmy John's closest to me that was open late but this isthe most disrespectful thing I have ever seen in not eating the food because I have no idea what they have done to it. And JimmyJohn's has there website set to not take complains by say the website has crashed after you submit the form and their emailtells you to submit a form knowing damn well it won't work. 1hour and 10 mins late & here?s what I got and it was very soggy! I was very understanding with the time knowing they are short... staffed but when I called to get my order refunded - the manager told me I?m not the only customer in the world. He hesitated toeven refund me. I was so nice and couldn?t believe that?s all he had to say. My coworkers & I order here all the time.
