Hot sub are a pain to make, especially during lunch hours. Depending on who's working they may or may not decide to offer hot... subs. There are a range of excuses, the ac is broken was a few times, the grill is broken or its currently being serviced. I've gone to the Jersey Mikes in Gahanna next to PF a few times now. This is the second time in less than a week they can't make... me a Famous Philly...Whatever the issue is with the gas/grill etc, it needs to get fixed asap. Owners need to get bettermanagement. Well, Jersey Mike?s is feeling the sting of inflation as well.. now a single layer of turkey and provolone shaved so thin you... can see thru it! I mentioned to the guy making my sub tonight (06/25/2022) that was the skimpiest sub I have seen them make inthe 13+ years I have been going there! He didn?t care and said nothing.. In fact, he was more concerned with his co-worker andyelled at him for not cleaning the board after making a sub, then shoved my sub at him to finish up.. awkward . Today, 6/23/22. Stale bun. Unorganized. Less than friendly. Slow. Overcharged - asked for "meal", charged for each item.... Short-changed - payed with cash including coins, should have received $9.10 in change instead got $8 and some coins. Based onthe attitude, I didn't even bring it up. It makes me shake my head in wonder. Three years ago - pre pandemic - 4 stars... Quickfriendly service. Tasty food at a reasonable price. I'll be back. Food is great, but the staff act like they want nothing to do with you, which seems to be a Jersey mikes thing. Subs got... smaller, more like a subway or pennstation size now. Inside is clean, not much else to complain about. Read more

Great food as always, but disappointed there is no sign requesting customers be masked. Only one out of 4 employees masked and... most customers not masked. When I arrived I found out that a food delivery person had come in just before I got there and accidentally took my order. The 3... very nice ladies that was working, very quickly remade my order, and offered me a free bottle of my favorite pop while I waited.I didn?t mind waiting a few minutes for my order since I had a free cold bottle of pop to enjoy.
