I've gone to the Jersey Mikes in Gahanna next to PF a few times now. This is the second time in less than a week they can't make... me a Famous Philly...Whatever the issue is with the gas/grill etc, it needs to get fixed asap. Owners need to get bettermanagement. Well, Jersey Mike?s is feeling the sting of inflation as well.. now a single layer of turkey and provolone shaved so thin you... can see thru it! I mentioned to the guy making my sub tonight (06/25/2022) that was the skimpiest sub I have seen them make inthe 13+ years I have been going there! He didn?t care and said nothing.. In fact, he was more concerned with his co-worker andyelled at him for not cleaning the board after making a sub, then shoved my sub at him to finish up.. awkward . Today, 6/23/22. Stale bun. Unorganized. Less than friendly. Slow. Overcharged - asked for "meal", charged for each item.... Short-changed - payed with cash including coins, should have received $9.10 in change instead got $8 and some coins. Based onthe attitude, I didn't even bring it up. It makes me shake my head in wonder. Three years ago - pre pandemic - 4 stars... Quickfriendly service. Tasty food at a reasonable price. I'll be back.
