The best ice cream place. I always have to stop by when I?m in Columbus for their black raspberry and chocolate chip ice... cream. The service at this location was above and beyond, I told the girl that was working there that I had a 3 hr drive and shemade sure to put some dry ice in the bag to keep the ice cream cold. The place was tremendous ! My grandma and I went for an ice cream treat and loved the whole experience! Both of the people... getting us ice cream were both respectful and attentive to what we wanted. The service was spot on and we got our ice creamwithin seconds of us ordering. I visited this place on 04/06/2021 and I had a wonderful experience here. My husband and I got one MLB kid's thing that came in... a baseball hat and one waffle cone with strawberry chocolate ice cream inside of it. Great ice cream shop. I had never been there before and they offered me a sample of a flavor I was interested in, which I... appreciated. I ordered a milkshake and they made it quickly and didn't keep me waiting. The milkshake tasted great, though in myopinion it was on the thin side and could have been thicker. The staff was two young gentlemen and they were friendly andhelpful. I wish we had Greater's in the Akron Canton area where I am from, as I am visiting the area for work. Read more
